October 9th 2017, students of the Department of Language Pedagogy and Intercultural Studies at the Faculty of Education CPU in Nitra participated in an excursion within the course “International European Institutions and Standards” in the Information Centre EUROPE DIRECT – NITRA, in the Agroinstitute building.
The purpose of the excursion was to obtain information on the institutions of the European Union and their activities. Students visited a unique library and received information about the possibilities of study, the resources and the lending services. Last but not least, students received free materials and posters issued by European institutions as well as books and USB sticks with the EU logo.
EUROPE DIRECT – NITRA has provided the department with teaching materials for the course “International European Institutions and Standards”, which is taught in the English Language and Culture study programme. Thank you! We look forward to further cooperation in 2018, which will be celebrated as European Year of Cultural Wealth!
