Mgr. Radovan Kováč

My name is Radovan Kováč, I’m 26 years old and I come from a small village named Maňa.

I studied English Language and Culture at the Faculty of Education at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.

After graduation in 2016, I started work as an HR Assistant & Researcher for the personnel agency PERSONALITY in Nitra, where I was responsible for locating and selecting potential candidates, preparing the personal candidate profiles in Slovak and English language, communicating with candidates and clients, and responsible for evaluating the English language skills of candidates from middle, senior, and top management. I also cooperated with an international logistics company named Move One Inc., providing moving, relocation, and pet transport. My position was On-Call Destination Consultant for the Nitra region and I was responsible for providing services connected to the relocation of employees from foreign countries to Slovakia, including home finding, settling-in, orientation tours – mainly for UK employees of Jaguar Land Rover – accompanying the clients on property viewings, providing information about properties, communicating with clients in English on a daily basis (via e-mail, telephone, and face-to-face).

Currently, I have accepted a new challenge in my life and I have started work as a receptionist/administrator within internal communication for the international company Miba Steeltec, s.r.o., Nitra.

During leisure time I like to run, create content for various Slovak Internet pages, go out with friends and family, and take part in dance training, as I am a member of the five-man dance group Phantoms Crew, known on the TV show Czechoslovakia Has Talent 2010, the Polish TV show Have To Dance 4: Tylko Taniec 2013, and Poland’s Have Talent 2015.
